These terms and conditions apply to the Majestic™ Pearl Web site located at www.majesticpearl.com, and all associated Web sites linked to www.majesticpearl.com by Majestic™ Pearl, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Majestic™ Pearl sites around the world (collectively 'the Site'). Majestic™ Pearl is also identified as "Majestic™" or "Majestic™ Pearl & Stone". Please read these terms and conditions (the 'Terms and Conditions') carefully. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Majestic™ Pearl Site, and constitute an agreement between you and Majestic™ Pearl. Majestic™ Pearl reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Site.  

Product Availability and Pricing

If you're interested in a merchandise that is currently out of stock, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive and the sales from tradeshows, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options. 

Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final.  

Returns Policy

• Returns must be made within 30 calendar’s days from the shipping date.
• If consent is being made either by email or phone to request for refund or return, all merchandise must be returned to us within 7 business days from the consent date. 
• All merchandise returned after 30 calendar’s days but before three months from the ship date will be subjected to a restocking fee or will be sent back to you at your cost. Restocking fee is 15% of the value of returned item(s) from the invoice.  Returns which are made after three months from the invoice date will be rejected and returned back to you on your own Shipping & Handling (S&H) cost. 
• Merchandise being returned must be in original unbroken strands.  Broken strands or items modified to customer requirements cannot be returned. 
• Customer responsible for the return S&H cost.  
• All tradeshow and showroom sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• All Office order should be mailed to our office directly and should not be returned on our show booth.
  

Shipping

• We can ship to anywhere in the United States, Canada and Mexico. If your shipping address is not within the stated above regions, please contact us at 212-268-9881 for shipping arrangements.
• When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
• If you place an order on the weekends, orders will be processed the next business day.
• Orders might take extra time to ship out if the items order are located at a tradeshow.
  
• Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All shipping rates are estimates and proper adjustment will be made after package is shipped. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Debit & Credit Card Transaction

We accept credit and debit cards of MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

For your order to be processed and shipped, the following must apply:

• Your Bank/Credit Card Company must support AVS (Address Verification System). If you are declined; ask your bank/credit card company if they support AVS. If they do not support AVS, use a bank/credit card company which does or use Money Order, or Western Union.
• Your phone number must be valid on your order form in case we need to contact you.
• Your bank/credit card company must allow internet transactions. You must ask your bank/credit card company to allow you to complete the transaction if you are declined for this reason.

Declined Transaction:

• Your bank/credit card company will decline the transaction if your Street Address and/or Zip Code does not match with the address on file with your bank/credit card company.
• Your bank/credit card company will decline the transaction if the security code does not match the number on your card.

If you are declined, please contact your bank/credit card company for further information. Do Not Contact Us: We do not decline transactions; It is your bank/credit card company which declines the transaction based on the above criteria through our processor; it is not Majestic Pearl who declines the transaction. You will need to find out from your bank /credit card company if declined for address verification, secure code or insufficient funds.

Avoid Delays in Receiving Your Order: For ease of checkout, processing and receiving your order: Double Check before Confirming Your Order that you have provided us with an accurate:

• Email Address
• Billing Address
• Day Time Phone Number
  • Be Aware of your bank/credit card company's policy of declined transactions through them.
  • If your bank/credit card company declines the transaction of your debit card, be aware, they may hold funds from 3 to 10 business days.Contact your bank/credit card company for more information.
  • Do not attempt to try again until your bank/credit card company has released all holds they have. By submitting further attempts, you are placing more holds of funds on your debit card account; possibly creating an overdrawn bank account.
  • If you make several attempts at a transaction, your bank/credit card company will place holds on each of these attempts. If your bank/credit card company places holds on one or more transactions, this may result in you having an overdrawn account which may result in your bank charging your account for insufficient funds.
  • Majestic Pearl, never has a hold on any funds. Either your bank accepts the transaction or declines the transaction; we do not have any holds. Your bank may have holds.
  • Our processor releases all transactions at the end of each day and does not hold any funds on a declined transaction from your bank.
  • If you have been declined and are looking at an online statement, you may see what appears to be a charge from Majestic Pearl, but is only the authorization request.
  • If you are declined, please contact your bank/credit card company first. If you have the funds in your account, then you were declined for some other reason which they do not give us.

   

Comparison Purchasing

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. At Majestic™ Pearl, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.

Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item.  

On the Site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our specifications. Slight tolerances may be accounted for.
