  • Go to link “Create an account”on the top of Majestic™ Pearl’s website

 

  • Fill out ALL required information.

 

  • By submitting information, you certify that all information is correct.

 

  • Majestic™ Pearl may also at its sole discretion limit access to this site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who provide/ or suspected of providing falsify information.

 

  • All registered accounts will be reviewed to determine if account is a qualified for wholesale pricing.

 

  • Majestic™ will email a W9 form for all accounts to fill out. The W9 form is a certification of the authenticity of the provided tax ID/ or business ID. Majestic™ is adamant in keeping account information private and in protecting our customers wholesale pricing privileges. Download W9 form here.

 

  • If you prefer NOT to verify with the W9 form, please send us a copy of your business license or sales tax ID.
