Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 30 calendar’s days from the shipping date.
If consent is being made either by email or phone to request for refund or return, all merchandise must be returned to us within 7 business days from the consent date.
All merchandise returned after 30 calendar’s days but before three months from the ship date will be subjected to a restocking fee or will be sent back to you at your cost. Restocking fee is 15% of the value of returned item(s) from the invoice. Returns which are made after three months from the invoice date will be rejected and returned back to you on your own Shipping & Handling (S&H) cost.
Merchandise being returned must be in original unbroken strands. Broken strands or items modified to customer requirements cannot be returned.
Customer responsible for the return S&H cost.
All tradeshow and showroom sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
All Office order should be mailed to our office directly and should not be returned on our show booth.

Shipping

We can ship to anywhere in the United States, Canada and Mexico. If your shipping address is not within the stated above regions, please contact us at 212-268-9881 for shipping arrangements.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
If you place an order on the weekends, orders will be processed the next business day.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All shipping rates are estimates and proper adjustment will be made after package is shipped. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
