Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 calendar’s days from the shipping date. Excludes “Pick Box” option which is limited to 14 business days after shipping date. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling cost.

Merchandise being returned must be in original unbroken strands. Broken strands or items modified to customer requirements cannot be returned.

We recommend that all returns be sent with an insured traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the return tracking number to ensure the package has been returned to our office. We are not responsible for lost returns until we have received the package to our office location.

If consent is being made either by email or phone to request for refund or return, all merchandise must be returned to us within 7 business days from the consent date.
All merchandise returned after 30 calendar’s days but before three months from the ship date will be subjected to a restocking fee or will be sent back to you at your cost. Restocking fee is 15% of the value of returned item(s) from the invoice. Returns which are made after three months from the invoice date will be rejected and returned back to you on your own Shipping & Handling (S&H) cost.
All tradeshow and showroom sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
All Office order should be mailed to our office directly and should not be returned at our tradeshow booth.

Shipping

We ship to anywhere within the United States. If your shipping address is not within the stated above regions, please contact us at 212-268-9881 for shipping arrangements.
When you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may vary by 1 to 2 business day on the shipping quotes page.
Order processing can take 1 to 3 business days, we will notify you if any orders might take longer than 3 business days to process.
If you place an order after 1pm on Fridays or anything during the weekends, orders will be processed according to the next business day.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All shipping rates are estimates and proper adjustment will be made after package is shipped. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
